Shelley was the editor of Ellipsis, the literary magazine. She was creative and talented and worked really hard. I remember exactly what she looked like in our senior year, even how her fingers moved, probably because of all the weekend meetings spent on Ellipsis. My strongest memory is of being at such a meeting at her house on a wintry weekend afternoon, and the Beatles' Magical Mystery Tour album had just been released. (As you all will remember, a new Beatles album release was always an event.)  I'm sorry to learn of her death.

Just learned about her passing; this makes me so sad - Shelley K was a kind, funny, smart, unique and always-bright light and one of those peope who always shared her smile and made it bearable to be a weird kid. Much love to Shelley Karol!
